The Dockers K–1 Khakis brand is aimed squarely at a younger, trend-current audience—not your usual Dockers crowd. The authenticity of the brand was inspired by the first khakis developed for the

U.S. Army in the 1930s. It was a time of war and economic depression, when women began wearing pants and handling blowtorches. Gritty, gutsy can-do is K–1 ethos.
